关于近期在网络及各酒店预订网站中，非法使用“瑞斯丽”商标及名称的现象，瑞士瑞斯丽酒店管理集团特此声明如下：

“Swisstouches”及“瑞斯·丽”等系列商标系瑞士瑞斯丽酒店管理集团所有，其在中国唯一合法的代表为艾匹帝斯国际项目发展（西安）有限公司。

未经许可，任何单位及个人以任何方式或理由对该商标的任何部分进行使用、复制、修改、传播、抄录，或者在酒店预订及其他服务业中使用与该注册商标相同或近似的商标，容易导致混淆的，以及与其它产品捆绑使用销售，均构成对合法权利人的侵权，将依法承担法律责任。

Recently “Swisstouches” Trademark and Name are being illegally used on the Internet and
the hotel reservation websites. Therefore, this Declaration is hereby issued:

The series trademarks such as “Swisstouches” and “瑞斯•丽” are owned by Swisstouches
Hotels & Resorts, whose only legal representative in China is IPDC (Xi’an) CO.,LTD.

In the case that any entities or inpiduals use, copy, modify, spread, transcribe any part of
the trademarks without permission or use the same registered trademark or similar ones
which easily cause confusion or conduct bundle sales of any part of the trademarks,
these behaviors shall constitute violation to the legitimate rights of Swisstouches Hotels
& Resorts, and the entities or inpiduals shall be claimed for legal responsibility in
accordance with the laws.
